Fitness and fun for baby and mumA wonderful way to get yourself back into shape following childbirth, with other mums and bubs in the outdoors. Term Time MumsInstead of always running after the kids, take an hour to do something for yourself. Term time mums is a fun-filled exercise class for mums of school children. Fun, laughter and good times will be shared as you are put through your paces. A great option to combine with school/kindy drop off or pick up times. Spectator Mums and DadsFor those parents who spend hours taking their children to sports training, these sessions are for you. We come to where your child is training (or close by) and make use of the time you would spend otherwise sitting on your bottom, waiting for them to finish. You train while they do! Encourage other team member’s mums and dads to join in also and you can spend the session catching up, having a laugh and sweating it out! A great way to fit exercise into your busy schedule. Mums and Dads-erciseTypically held on a Saturday morning, Mum and Dads-ercise classes are a chance for parents to get out of the house after a long, exhausting week and spend time doing something together. Sessions include cardio fitness, box-ercise and core stability work and can be easily adjusted to suit the different fitness levels present. Dads do not think you will not work hard! The little ones are of course welcome! A great way to kick start your weekend! Not a mum or dad yet?No children? No problem! These classes are for anyone and everyone who is keen to improve their fitness levels through group personal training sessions. Marathon MumAlways wanted to give the Gold Coast Half Marathon or 10km run a go, but always found a reason to put it off to next year?
